Mod Equipment Turn In NEW DATE Sunday, December 12th
TIME: 3:30 – 5:00 pm
LOCATION: Federal Way Self Storage
31031 21st Place SW Federal Way Coaches must turn in all equipment except player uniforms. If coaches can not make this session, they should contact Heather Hamashima, email:fwsoccerfamily@comcast.net, and deliver to her home before Sunday night, December 12th.

Registration Fees
* Every player (including coach/multiple child) is required to participate in the Federal Way Mod Soccer Club Fundraiser. This consists of selling a minimum of one (1) box (50 ct.) of World’s Finest Chocolate bars at $1.00 per bar. In lieu of the fundraiser, you may choose to donate $30.00. This must be paid at the time of registration.

Mod Uniform/Equipment Turn-In
All coaches that are NOT participating in spring league must turn in all equipment (soccer balls, cones, pinnies, goalie gloves, goalie jersey, etc.). Uniforms are being given to the players so uniforms do not need to be returned to the Club. If you have questions, please contact Helena Curette. Equipment turn-in date is December 12th from 2-4pm at the Federal Way Self Storage near Lakota field. . If you have questions, please contact Helena Curette, hcurette@msn.com or 206-380-7687.
